Think of Shared Drives as your schoolβs modern file serverβwithout the risk of power outages. Everyone added to the Shared Drive has automatic access to everything inside. My Drive is for you only. Files are not shared with others unless you explicitly share them.

Grade Level Shared Drives - contains Reports, Resources and Templates shared between Grade Level Teachers and Administration
Curriculum Resources - contains resources used to support teachers in creating curriculum
Learning Resource - contains IEPs and supporting documents for Resource Teachers and Administration
Depending on the role you have and the groups you are a part of, you'll see Shared Drives that are relevant to you.
